This year, China resumed 15-day visa-free entry for citizens of Singapore, more than three years after such visas were suspended because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Possessing a valid visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. You will have to satisfy the basic entry requirements before being considered for entry into Singapore. The prevailing entry requirements include: A valid passport with at least six months validity; A valid Singapore entry visa (if applicable); Before ICA can consider you for entry into Singapore, you must meet the following basic requirements: A Singapore Entry Visa A submitted SG Arrival Card: All travelers are required to submit their health declaration information to ICA, within three days before their arrival in Singapore. Generally, as long as a Permanent Resident (PR)'s Re-Entry Permit (REP) remains valid, he/she is able to use his/her current valid passport for immigration clearance at the Singapore checkpoints. A valid REP is necessary to facilitate a Singapore PR's travel.
To visit or live in Singapore, most foreign nationals need to obtain a visa issued by the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). The ICA oversees visa and entry permit applications and ensures those entering Singapore meet all requirements.

There are no COVID-19 testing or vaccination requirements for travellers entering Singapore. Passport validity requirements

Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are still able to enter Singapore, but are required to undertake 14 days quarantine at a government facility on arrival, followed by 7 days quarantine at their place of residence. Travellers will be required to take a COVID-19 test upon arrival and at the end of their quarantine period.

Travellers are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated with COVID-19 WHO EUL vaccines. There are currently no requirements related to COVID-19 vaccines for entry to Singapore. You may refer to the Entering Singapore page for full details on entry requirements. ICA 21d ago.
